Sign in or create an account

One address, one link. If you have not used Frisket before, this creates your account — there is no separate sign-up to find.

We email a link to this address. Opening it signs you in — and creates your account if this is your first time.

Why there is no password

There is no password field on this page because there is no password on this account. That is a deliberate trade, and it is mostly in your favour:

  • Nothing to leak. We hold no password of yours, hashed or otherwise, so a breach of our database cannot spill one.
  • Nothing to reset. There is no forgotten-password path to get wrong, because every sign-in is the same act as a reset.
  • Nothing to reuse. Most accounts are not taken by guessing; they are taken with a password the owner also used somewhere that got breached. A password you never chose cannot be a password you reused.

What it costs you: your mailbox becomes the key to this account, so whoever can read your email can sign in as you. That was already true of every account with a reset my password link — this just stops pretending otherwise.

What we store, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
